It is a great honor and a particular responsibility for me to chair the Professional Association of Insurance Companies of Mali (APSAM), at a time when our sector is called upon to play a structuring role in the economic and social development of the country. Insurance should no longer be perceived as an option, but as an essential lever for financial security, resilience, and trust. Through APSAM, we are working to promote a culture of insurance more rooted in habits, to strengthen transparency and the quality of services, and to position our companies as reliable, supportive, and committed actors. Our ambition is clear: to make insurance a pillar of development, by bringing products closer to the realities on the ground, by supporting national initiatives, and by innovating relentlessly. I remain convinced that it is together, through consultation and excellence, that we will meet the challenges of the sector.
