all the services of the permanent secretariat of the APSAM.<br>\nThe Executive Secretary is an ex officio member of all Technical Commissions and, as such, coordinates all Commission activities.\n\nSince October 2020, the Executive Secretary has been Mr. <b>Tidiane DIARRA<\/b>.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column
